The 2008 Off the Floor Pittsburgh season began officially on March 1, but some pick ups and deliveries were done even in January and February despite the wintery weather.   Altogether, in the first quarter, 32 furniture pick ups were done, 11 furniture deliveries were made to needy families, 9 new volunteers were added to an impressive roster, and 23 cash contributions were made to OFP.  Initial steps are being taken to create a new pick up & delivery team at Shadyside Presbyterian Church.  We are off to a fine start!
